Dan Erbeck, is a New York City based Steadicam Operator. After attending William Paterson University for communications, he jumped on the opportunity to learn and explore the art of Steadicam. He then attended a workshop and fell in love with the craft.
Immediately after the class, he bought his first rig, started Diamond Steadicam, practiced, trained on friends’ independent films, and carved his path to level he is at now.
Dan was the main operator on the Wendy Williams Show for the past several seasons. He has been honored to be an operator on other productions such as the Olympics on NBC, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, The Dr. Oz Show, VMA Awards, and not to mention countless news and music events. His passion for Steadicam is shown through his work on a daily basis.
